RYAN TAYLOR

Before formally starting Tailored Designs Ltd in 2016, I worked for several larger practices across the Midlands, actively designing and leading multi-million pound projects, including high-end hotels, schools and large scale housing developments however I later found a true passion for design in more intimate and bespoke, small-to-medium sized residential projects; including one-off houses and extensions.

The true appreciation of architecture and design comes from being directly involved throughout a project, from the very initial design sketches to later seeing the impact it has on the families way of life, following completion.

I initially qualified as an Architectural Technologist with over ten years experience in technical design, before returning back to Birmingham University to complete my Part l Architecture Degree and to further develop my design skills and interests.

Having extensive experience in on-site project management and residential developments, allows me to create feasible design solutions and be able to identify constraints and opportunities early on; in both the design and the construction phases and my commitment to the process means a one-stop service should any issues arise throughout the project.
